She has an over thirty-years wide experience in broad range educational areas such as digital pedagogy, founding, managing, and advising on educational technology growth..
Adi worked as a consultant for the Israeli Ministry of Education, promoting educational collaboration between diverse communities, leading and encouraging the development of innovative modules in Experimental Schools couching and training the leading staff.
In 2000, Adi founded Edulog for Applied Educational Innovation, an educational consulting company that supports and consults schools in pedagogical transition, professional development, and project management.
In 2010, Adi co-founded Mimshak, which provides a complete ecosystem for interactive online classes in different content fields. Mimshak is supported and recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Education and is currently working with over 1000 schools and colleges in Israel and the USA.
