DLD Tel Aviv, part of the DLD (Digital Life Design) global conference network, is Israel?s largest hi-tech conference. Founded in 2005 and co-chaired by Dr. Yossi Vardi, one of Israel?s earliest entrepreneurs and a pioneer of instant messaging, the DLD conferences are recognized as among the world?s leading innovation events.
The innovation festival began September 3 and lasted through September 6, with dozens of invite-only and some city-sponsored events around Tel Aviv.
This year, CET & MindCET held their international K-12 EdTech summit ?Shaping the Future? as part of the DLD festival, on Sep 3rd. The innovation festival hosted a number of closed and registration-only events including by Amazon, Google, Orange, Barclays, and the Israeli Foreign Trade Administration. Over 110 international delegations and about 5,000 international delegates arrived to Tel Aviv for the digital conference,?lectures, panel discussions, technical sessions, meetups, demos, pitching and socials.
